RESPONSE
HANDLING Firstly one of our Consultants will come and take
a brief from you. We need to
understand the culture of your organisation as well as the job profile of
the person you envisage meeting the criteria.
We at HRS work to a competency based assessment process and
therefore can work with the Client Company’s competencies or will
provide a specific breakdown of these details for the position to be
recruited. While
the advertisement is running, on days 1, 2 and 3 we will let you know the
response at 4.30 p.m. each day. Having
evaluated the response we will prepare you a shortlist of candidates to
fill the position. We
will invite the successful candidates to interview by telephoning them
first and confirming a convenient assessment date.
We will then write to the candidates and provide them with company
literature and/or assessment centre details
