RESPONSE HANDLING

Firstly one of our Consultants will come and take a brief from you.  We need to understand the culture of your organisation as well as the job profile of the person you envisage meeting the criteria.  We at HRS work to a competency based assessment process and therefore can work with the Client Company’s competencies or will provide a specific breakdown of these details for the position to be recruited. 

We will then go away and write advertisement copy and provide creative ideas alternatively, we can work with your advertising agency

We will prepare the telephone assessment form to be used by the Consultants and discuss this with the Line Manager to ensure our understanding is correct. Once the Advert is placed we will then take the response and telephone interview the candidates at a mutually convenient time.  If at all possible we assess candidates when they are at home and not on a mobile phone hiding under the desk at their current employment! 

While the advertisement is running, on days 1, 2 and 3 we will let you know the response at 4.30 p.m. each day. 

Having evaluated the response we will prepare you a shortlist of candidates to fill the position. 

We will invite the successful candidates to interview by telephoning them first and confirming a convenient assessment date.  We will then write to the candidates and provide them with company literature and/or assessment centre details
For those candidates scheduled to attend an Assessment Centre, we will provide to the Client (at least 24 hours before the Assessment):

  • An interview schedule, with full details of all interviewees, so that you know exact times and dates.

  • An evaluation matrix, which shows at a glance the details of the candidates attending, together with profiles of candidates attending.
