INTERVIEWS
HRS
provides Exit Interview services to assist organisations in gathering
information from employees as they leave the Company. Interviews can be
conducted via telephone interview. We have found from experience that
outsourcing the interview process to a non-biased third party can allow
employees to feel more comfortable providing information, thus increasing
the amount, thoroughness and quality of the information obtained. Clients
currently provide us with a spreadsheet of leavers each month and we
undertake the telephone exit interviews on their behalf.
Employees can be called at home in an evening if this is required. Outcome:
By
documenting feedback from employees as they resign, an organisation can
identify and resolve key issues that may be impacting on employee
retention and control costs associated with employee turnover and
training. The theory behind exit interviews is that it provides existing
employees with a more positive view of the organisation knowing that the
Directors are interested in uncovering concerns and issues and as a result
action to resolve can be undertaken pro actively. |
